How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your iPhone's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Peter → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal or trial end date to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
How does the free trial work?
The yearly plan includes a free trial. You won't be charged until it ends, and you can cancel any time before then in your iPhone's Settings.
I bought a subscription but Peter doesn't show it.
Open the subscription screen in Peter and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my account?
In Peter, go to Settings → Profile → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and your backed-up library. It does not cancel your subscription — do that in your iPhone's Settings.
Is my material used to train AI?
No. It is used only to make your paths, decks and answers. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is stored and who processes it.
What files can I add?
PDFs, photos, Word, PowerPoint and Excel files, audio and video files, and recordings you make in Peter. Recordings are transcribed on your iPhone.
Can I use Peter offline?
You can study everything you already have. Making something new — a path, a deck or an answer — needs a connection.
